Dietz is Trash

The management has changed in three years since I've lived here... three times. They barely have a maintenance staff and have dumped more money into the exterior aesthetics than into fixing the garbage apartments themselves. Bad plumbing, broken appliances and a plethora of other issues. These people don't care. A large chunk of the buildings are vacant and they care more about filling them than taking care of tenants once they are living there. Garbage staff, garbage policies.

owners don't care

Owners/ dietz company charge high rent like a luxury complex. But place needs major repairs and owners/managers allow trashy overcrowding.

When we left (after being told there’d be another almost $100 rent hike) they were painting outside. But important problems not fixed. Porch stairs falling apart. Gutter drainpipes broke. (Just hung loose or on ground for months.) Many TH/ apts have real old furnaces. Plumbing bad. (No one drinks the water.)

Near us and by some friends, 5-6 people were… jammed into 2 bedrooms. Horrible noise.

Ignore 5-star reviews about office staff - those were written by extremely bad ex managers.

Awesome Place

A super clean SUPER QUIET place, lived here for 4 years and have seen BIG improvements this Year. This place keeps getting better and better . Shout out to Miss Adrian , always so easy to get hold off and super effective .
