Awesome

Everything is new. New carpet, new fridge, new flooring, the office staff is helpful and nice. It is super quiet. Hines park is literally a two min walk. Central heating and cooling a.ka climate control. It is well worth the cost.

Friendly

Even though I didn’t pick this apartment, this was my second option. Communication was on point and they were ready for every question I had for them. I did pick something a little closer to my work but I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great Place to call home

We really enjoyed our time here. We loved how convenient it was to Hines drive and Costco. This was quiet, nice amenities, and perfect for our start together. We have upgraded to a house but we will miss it here!

Highly recommended!!

I moved in 3 years ago, and it was a great decision. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, maintenance is always quick, the landscaping always looks well done and kept up, and a huge perk is being right next to Hines Park! I would highly recommend living here.

I love it here!!

I just moved in a few months ago, and I love it here! Very quiet, right next to the park so I can walk down when it's nice out. Close enough to everything to be convenient but far away enough not to be too busy or noisy. The office staff is so friendly, and maintenance is quick and efficient!
