We absolutely love it here. Between the amenities, the office staff, and the location, Cutters Grove is a wonderful place to live.

We've lived here for 3 years and plan to remain for many more.

It's not a bad place. The maintenance is slow sometimes, but it generally gets done to my satisfaction, so I can't complain too much. It's fairly quiet most of the time, which is nice, and it's a pretty area with the Mississippi right down the hill.

Very easy application process, very nice folks to deal with. Apartment is nice, pool is good. Parking is very easy. Had a complete information packet ready for us to go through all the processes including internet providers and electrical service with City of Anoka. Laundry service is great and all that online. No need to look for quarters to do laundry.
