It's not a bad place. The maintenance is slow sometimes, but it generally gets done to my satisfaction, so I can't complain too much. It's fairly quiet most of the time, which is nice, and it's a pretty area with the Mississippi right down the hill.

We love living at Cutters Grove! The leasing staff Amber and Muriel are gems, our neighbors are friendly and fun people, and we love the amenities and opportunities here!

Very easy application process, very nice folks to deal with. Apartment is nice, pool is good. Parking is very easy. Had a complete information packet ready for us to go through all the processes including internet providers and electrical service with City of Anoka. Laundry service is great and all that online. No need to look for quarters to do laundry.

Only constructive feedback would be the laundry rooms could be cleaned better! Otherwise other common areas are well taken care of.
