Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in.

I have lived here a few years now and I must say every time I have a maintenance issue Francisco gets the job done. Never any hassle or wait, ticket goes in and he is there right away!!

Love It Here

My family and I just moved in last month and we have never been happier. Laura is so friendly, every time I come to the office she is smiley and so fun to chat with, and she is always on top of everything, that gal doesn’t miss a thing! Francisco is a wonderful maintenance guy with everything around here, keeps up with everything. We love it at Palomino!

Ok.

Went to go see the apartments as my family is currently in the search of a new complex to live in. We had seen this complex online and liked what we saw, - however we came and no office person to be found. The property itself looked well kept and clean! We waited a few minutes hoping the office person would come around. No one to be found, a resident stated maybe they were busy flirting with maintenance. This made us look else where as I’m not sure of the kind of people whom take care of the... place.

Love it.

The property is absolutely perfect and I have no complaints about it. Manager has an attitude sometimes, as I have witnessed her give another resident the rudest look ever. Otherwise I have enjoyed my years at this place.
