Bad

INH loves to charge you for things that they shouldn’t, they love to change your move in/move out paperwork and they will NOT for any reason give you back your refundable deposit even if you had nothing wrong, did everything by the lease, paid rent on time in full and caused no damage. The buildings are not maintained. You will not get your money worth and it will not be worth the headache if you rent with INH. Do NOT rent from INH. INH makes it clear you have to follow the lease and rules but… they will not.
