New Renters

Abbie and Nya are very easy to work with and responsive to our questions. Property Management appears to be accommodating to our needs and requests. Common area is clean and new. Scheduled to move in May. So far so good, we are hopeful this will be a nice place to live.

horrible two years

I lived here with my roommate for two years, and the price was amazing when we moved in and it was definitely aesthetically pleasing BUT there was a roach/bug infestation at one point in my building and it was super stressful. Also they never towed cars in the parking lot so all winter long there would be cars just snowed in taking up space when it was clear those cars didn’t work. And the worst part of my experience was when my check got lost and me and my roommate were charged an expensive... late fee. This was before the new management took over but I should’ve took that as a sign…

Black mold, Bugs, Mice, rude management

I rented here for two years, in the simplest way possible, DO NOT rent here.
It honestly one of the worst kept places. So gross!
I wanted to say something positive like I got my deposit back, which was true, but with the black mold and creatures and the expense, I can't.

Excellent place to live.

I am very happy to have found this property. The staff are very polite and accommodating. The grounds of the property are landscaped meticulously, with almost a park like setting. The common areas of the buildings are also maintained and cleaned regularly.

Buddies

My friend and I are only 19 years old but we want to move in together and the price for this one seems manageable and it appears to be a great space, fabulous size and if we decide to get a dog eventually the price for dog rent won't break the bank. I hope we can move in soon and stay on a long lease. The area is very nice and the complex looks very clean and friendly. The services provided are fantastic to have and will really come in handy.
