Hi

I'm not a tenant here although I visit here periodically and from what I see the apartments are nice size with really nice counter tops and wood flooring, property stays clean management is friendly.

Garden Gates review

My experience with getting an apartment with garden Gates was very good. The Manager of the apartment is extremely caring and very helpful. I would recommend Garden Gates to friends. My next door neighbor is very nice and friendly. Thank you

Overall a great place to live.

I love the granite counter tops in my apartment and the wood flooring. The updates here are so nice. I like that I can pay my rent or ask to have something fixed online. Recently things have been getting addressed really fast; I think its prob. the new management. The girl in the office MJ is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain things and I like that. She is also dressed nicely all the time and so is the maintenance guy. I am happy in my apartment and hope I never have to move away… .

Great Price, close to everything

If you are looking for a community that is diverse to raise kids - this is it!! The age of the people who live here are probably about 25-55 old. But I did not do a survey- LOL. Close by is tons of places to shop like Wallmart, Target, Marshall and more. Restaurants available are: Popeyes, Chipotle, McDonalds, Taco Bell, caribou and subway and Reuan Thai is pretty good too!!. Their are lots of parks close by for kids. If your single this would be cool too since its close to downtown - quick… cab (15mn) to the bars- HA. I like the manager she seems real nice. And My apartment is great, anything that breaks is fixed fast. Oh but if you are looking for a super quiet place to stay away from everything this may not be it, there is lots of life here!!

Good Place to Live

I love the location, love the staff, price is reasonable, I feel safe living here. It is centrally located so it is easy to get anywhere. People here are nice and it has mature trees, nice private decks a pool and recently remodeled.
