Towed from First Come, First Serve Parking Lot

Kipling Apartments towed my brother’s car from the surface lot, even though he had a valid parking sticker displayed. The surface lot is unpaid and first come, first served, and there’s nothing in the lease or policy that says garage residents can’t park there — especially overnight.

Management couldn’t point to any written rule, yet we were charged $325. They later refunded half only after I pushed back with documentation and posted a public review.

Just be aware: you could be towed for... violating a rule that was never clearly stated or explained.

Honestly a pretty safe property. Anything I ask for always gets done. Which I ask for a lot of things. But my girl at the front very helpful.
