Terribly managed
I have lived here for 2 years. In that time we have had 3 property managers and I have lost count of the number of other staff that has come and gone. They don't hire people that care to do their job and it shows.
The property is not well kept and entrances to the building are broken for months on end. Lawn doesn't get mowed for weeks at times which causes a tick infestation because the property is right next to a swampy forest on the north side. Wasp nests on the top of the building are not... dealt with at all so expect wasps to find their way into your unit during the summer. Trash left in the hallways / stairwells will be there for months unless a resident decides to clean up after their neighbors.
The indoor garage is filthy with dirt/trash and even broken glass in areas. There have even been cases where resident's cars are broken into. So you pay an extra $75-150 per month and in return you don't even get a clean, secure place to park your vehicle. Fire drills without ANY notice have happened for which they didn't apologize until a week later (someone probably contacted the city to complain). People smoke weed in the stairwells which management addresses by sending mass text messages to everyone threatening fines which only serves to annoy the 99% of residents who aren't doing the smoking.
Overall they are not interested in doing any amount of work to actually create a nice place to live. Their goal as a company seems to be to charge you the most amount of money in fees / amenities and in turn put forth the least amount of effort to deliver.
Also be wary of their google reviews as they have run multiple campaigns in which residents are entered into a raffle for a gift card if they leave a positive review.

The Regional Manager overseeing the community was previously the Community Manager at this location and continues to remain involved with the property and onsite team. Any resident appreciation campaigns or giveaways offered have never been contingent on leaving positive reviews, and we value honest feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.
