If I could do a negative star review I would .
Very dirty carpets in the hallway smell like urine .
Certain employees are very nosey and like drama very unprofessional.
Leaks on the roof
Leaks on the AC. Units
Maintenances never fix anything correctly poor work I have pictures to prove what a horrible job they do stay far away from this place eww .

DO NOT RENT HERE!

Please don’t not rent here, they will charge you extra upon move out and add on charges that you did not cause. If you want to lose out on your deposit and have to pay extra money then this is the place for you.

Nice Place to live

I've been living here for a few years now. I really like the place! This has been my experience, the office staff is very friendly. They are very responsive to issues and they are always on top of everything. You can't really hear much from other neighbors.

VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE

I'm a young single woman and have lived here almost a year. I've never felt unsafe. The buildings/grounds are always clean and well kept. Office staff is kind and responsive. Maintenance also responds quickly. It's quiet - I never hear my neighbors and I know they have a toddler. I'm not sure what else I could ask for.

This place....

Where to begin. The management company that runs this place is a joke. Didn't help out anything that I had asked to either be fixed or my neighbors throwing their cig buts on my side of the deck. Hallway always smelled like cig smoke. Female neighbor always wandered around in her underwear and shirt all hours of the day. Had 40-50 people in and out...pretty sure she was dealing drugs or her body. They never sent out a notice to the building like they were going to.

The only good thing about… this place is that you only have to pay for electric and Internet. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Or any other property that this management company owns.
