Don’t live here

The apartment management is a joke. Two outside doors of the facility have been broken for over a year.

The elevator breaks weekly, so if you are unable to take the stairs keep that in mind.

Also - when you move out you WILL NOT get your deposit back. You will likely owe money.
They told me I would be charged for 1 hour of cleaning and for a patch on the carpet.

After I signed the document they added a bunch of charges to it.

They are a greedy and unethical company and will do anything they… can to nickel and dime you.

I would look else where before choosing here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator and exterior doors. We had to wait for additional parts to have the repairs under control. Regarding your move-out, we understand that you may have been… confused by our cleaning/carpet replacement fees. However, your apartment did not meet our cleaning standards. We had to spend a significant amount of time to do extra cleaning. Additionally, the carpet was damaged during your tenancy and after inspected, needed to be replaced. Micro-management

For the amount I pay in rent, I should not have to feel as though I'm living under constant surveillance. I do not have a dog, but they send out constant, letters, emails, and text messages about how people handle their dogs; always ending each letter with "they're watching the cameras" that does NOT make.me.feel comfortable in my own home

What a gem!

The Emerald Apartments are an unique property filled with amenities. This opulent community offers: fitness center, community center with a kitchen and big screen TV for hosting special events, BBQ grills, playground, café, study/meeting area, dog park and a doggy "spa" area to bathe and groom your dog . There is something for everyone here. Plus, you will not find a more caring and dedicated staff. Staff are officed on-site which makes for quick resolutions on any concerns or questions you may… have, and are courteous and welcoming in all their interactions. Call today. Meet the staff and tour The Emerald, and see for yourself why it is the perfect place to call "home."
