We lived there for two years. The last 6 months were the worst because of Barbara Peterson. Our vehicle was vandalized and all that was said was the cameras were broken so we could not get video footage for the police. She did not care for our privacy when we requested to not have tours of our apartment while we were there. She stated “I have keys” lifting up the key fob hanging around her neck indicating she would let herself into our apartment. She is very rude and condescending when speaking… with her. It is unfortunate she has been put into a position to deal with the public. They had raised the rent $100 more but when we decided over $1350 was way too much for 675sq ft, they lowered it for the next resident. Too much for too little space. Our apartment was right above the boiler room and they have the exhaust pipes right under the bedroom window and deck so we couldn’t have our windows open unless we wanted our apartment to smell like gas. It was always hot in there and we had to have the little wall unit AC running 24/7 in the summer causing a hefty electric bill plus a fan to blow the cool hair into the room because there was no air circulation. We filled out the form to receive the deposit back and put a specific person to send it to and they couldn’t even send it to that person. We don’t recommend this apartment. Read More
