Terrible responses from maintenance. No one is ever in the front office to help. A/C and heat has been off and on for the past 6 weeks before finally shutting fully off last week. This is a repeat of last summer where the A/C breaks every time there is a heat wave. Maintenance is now refusing to give me a portable A/C unit that they emailed out about having available and it is over 90 degrees in my apartment because the windows don't open more than 2 inches.

Before renting here, make sure you’re aware you’re only allowed two guests. They give you wristbands that you need to give your guest and Security walks around and verifies. If you lose or misplaced the wristband, it’s $200 fine added to your rent. A lot of me and the other residents are disappointed because we rented here to think we could enjoy it with our friends and family. It’s a lot of family friendly place. It’s a resident only place.

The property itself is nice and comes with a lot of amenities. It’ll be a lot better if everything were working tho. When I moved in the fridge door had a broken shelf that hidden as to look like it wasn’t. If not for a piece of the broken piece I wouldn’t have notice and be charge at move out. Then I’ve been waiting for 2+ weeks to have an issue with my dishwasher resolved. I work 16hours a day so to not be able to load the dishwasher and come back home to clean plate is a major inconvenience… but the management don’t seem to care.
