Current resident
Before renting here, make sure you’re aware you’re only allowed two guests. They give you wristbands that you need to give your guest and Security walks around and verifies. If you lose or misplaced the wristband, it’s $200 fine added to your rent. A lot of me and the other residents are disappointed because we rented here to think we could enjoy it with our friends and family. It’s a lot of family friendly place. It’s a resident only place.

Nice apartment but terrible management. Do your walk thru!!!!
The property itself is nice and comes with a lot of amenities. It’ll be a lot better if everything were working tho. When I moved in the fridge door had a broken shelf that hidden as to look like it wasn’t. If not for a piece of the broken piece I wouldn’t have notice and be charge at move out. Then I’ve been waiting for 2+ weeks to have an issue with my dishwasher resolved. I work 16hours a day so to not be able to load the dishwasher and come back home to clean plate is a major inconvenience... but the management don’t seem to care. Very dismissive of the issue, can’t even have a follow up for when they think they could address it. Ac was broken for weeks before it was resolved. Move in st your own risk
