Notice they don't have a good review since 2015? One end of my hallway reeked of dog urine; the other end smelled of pot. There were ant hills actually in the main hallway between the floor and walls.
I lost hundreds of dollars in Amazon deliveries because the office refused to accept packages and so they were left in the open.
When I told them I wouldn't be renewing my lease next month they told me i had to come in and sign saying so, I told them I couldn't be there due to my schedule and… their hours didn't allow it. They said the manager could waive that requirement but refused to do so and they charged me an extra month's rent after the lease expired AND kept my deposit.

living here isn't too and, but more than half the time the amenities are not working. They take forever to fix things. The hallways always smell like weed and the neighbors are loud. The apartment we have is spacious but we opted to not update the kitchen and bathrooms because we didn't want to pay 100 dollars extra every month based on a cosmetic fix. You can have two animals which is awesome. Apartments are very nice, new appliances were included in our package, office staff is helpfully and friendly, maintenance is very good and semi prompt on service calls, my only complaint would be rent, in one year our rent raised $115 a month on a one year lease.
