Do not live here.
We have to call the city twice for them to even help us wit the mold and water damage issues. They will gaslight you when you make maintenance requests. They also put off repairs for years. They lie. We first moved in to an apartment that was literally falling apart and they said they'd make it good as new again in a few months four years later it's still a dump. There is mold. The door breaks often no security. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the office.

As I grew up not too far from here, it was nice to find an apartment complex close to home. It has been nice to live here as I was close to my parents while they were still living in the home I grew up in. So was nice to find this apartment so close to home.

I enjoy where I stay because of quietness and a peacefulness. Everyone minds their own business.

It's clean and we'll kept, inside and out. The property is well groomed and the location leaves little to be desired.
