Many problems with the apartment complex like elevators that don’t work, or doors that don’t lock. Many issues with the unit. I wasn’t move in ready and they didn’t finish painting. There’s considerable chipped paint on the floor boards, and chipped cracked paint in the bathroom ceiling. Most likely the cause of the paint problem in the bathroom is from the fan not being properly vented and cleaned before I moved in. I love the apartment layout and the community and the location. I just wish my... apartment was in better condition when I moved in.

Rosedale Estates lacks respectable office staff. You can catch them lying and giving out wrong information weekly. Your maintenance requests never get resolved. Don't be late on your rent by 1 day because then they charge you 8% of your rent. They can't keep any staff and maintenance at one point was actually coming in from a temporary agency. The amenities... they don't really exist as they are never open.
