Find somewhere else.
Lived here for 2 years and the only good thing about living here is the short walk to the lake. Otherwise, the apartment building is very poorly taken care of. It smells heavily of cigarette smoke, marijuana and underlying mold/mildew. Our unit had leaking ceilings which left our cardboard-like walls discolored and moldy. Over the 2 years we had multiple different apartment managers, and one of the managers had allowed people to squat in the building. When it came time to move we had hoped for... some leniency from the management- they had been unable to uphold their duty to provide a habitable premise and yet they wouldn't work with us when we needed to move a little earlier than planned.
My advice is to live anywhere else.

Nice appartment.
I would be able to fully enjoy my apartment if it didnt smell like cigarette smoke from one of the neighbors. Other than that, it's perfect for me. Great location and I love the convenience of the garage.
