Pricing is not accurate!!!
Many are old, are not updated as they should be, and are way overpriced for what you get. The units are tiny!!!

Depends on your style
Very tiny kitchen and definitely was given the “landlord special”. Other tenants are VERY (screaming at their children, dogs barking through all hours of day/night, sub vibrating against wall) loud but will report you if they hear the slightest noise from your apartment…
