Close to everything we need, good school district, and has always felt safe. The complex is generally quiet at night and many of the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues have been addressed quickly.

I have lived here for 2 years. Overall, I like my space. I have been able to get ahold of maintenance when I need to, and I rent a garage unit for my car. My biggest complaint is parking restrictions, but it is not a dealbreaker in my opinion.

I've been living here almost going on 3 years and I love it I genuinely have nothing bad to say about this place my favorite part about this place is they have a pool and grills outside and benches so if you wanted to have a birthday party or family gathering you can.

The fact that the most recent bad review on this property is from 6 years ago should tell you all you need to know about this place.
Only drawback is the thin walls and lack of proper sound control, other than that this is a great place to live for the price.

There only good thing to say about this place is that it's located close to the Twin Cities and is nestled next to attractions.
I cannot believe how thin the walls are at this place and how loud the floorboards are overhead. Not much has been done to soundproof so you're going to be in people's business whether you like it or not. You will hear people kitty-corner to you. The whole place is just gross if you have the chance to look at the walls, ceiling, and floors. So outdated and cheaply... upgraded.
