Great for the price

Nice, quiet area for singles or families, not a lot of foot traffic nor cops being called. Apartments and hallways are clean and updated(but not modern). Walking distance from a grocery store, convenience store, smoke shop, liquor store & two pizza shops. Apartment manager is great, not always available but she handles her business, they will work with you if you're late on rent. Only thing I don't like is there is no main light in the living room or in the main bedroom, you have to buy lamps.

FILTHY AND VERY UNSAFE

Drug deals daily, police are there minimum of four times a week, old blood on carpets, hallways, stairwells. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HELP YOU, AND THEY ARE NOT ONSITE EVER! There is black mold everywhere, and they do NOT take care of maintenance anywhere on that property. BAD NEWS!
