silver bell apartments

I live at the silver bell apartments in Eagan mn with my husband and 9 month old daughter. We have a two bedroom apartment.
We pay 950 a month and it includes cable and internet. I love that this apartment has a contract with direct tv to get us this deal.
Before we moved in they replaced all the carpet and put in new floors in the kitchen and dinning room. That was a big selling point for us. Just because we had a new born and i was very worried about the dirt and possible problems with that… . So far i like this apartment complex.
However its not all great. The family who live above us have no respect for us. They are very loud and i have already put in a complaint but nothing seemed to be done about there loud behavior. The manager also seems to never be in the office. Makeing it very hard to get a hold of him for various things. Those are the only problems i have with the place. I over all like it very much.

Decent

Silver bell apartments is still a relatively cheap place to live in MN in general and the manager is pleasant. My only complaints are that the light bulbs in the garages rarely get changed and the garage has a thick layer of grime and dust over the floor. I've lived there for 5 years so far and it is very quiet , if a bit warm in the summer, on the 3rd floor.
