No heat every month and bugs and cockroaches and nasty people that enter your apartment without permission which breaks the lease right away
Well it is poor because every month the heat goes out. Before I moved out I was told that there were cockroaches in their sink. Also I found at least five cockroaches in an apartment that was being vacated and I'll tell you they were big. Also they will enter your apartment without permission which breaks the lease right away because they are not supposed to just walk into your apartment and I've been told by other people not just myself that they have done that when they were in the shower. I... would not recommend living here because it's a nasty nasty place.

To many cockroaches
I just talked to a lady that left DeSoto in East Grand forks and she said that she found 2 cockroaches in her sink. Also, another person that was moving out ALSO has 4 huge cockroaches. The building that this person used to live in is almost empty because people must realize that this is not a good place to live. Beware of the dishonest management also. The apts are also getting really run down and old looking. I've never encountered anyone like Dakota liars Commercial. Oh and the heat goes out... every month.

Unbelievable
Because the heat goes out every month and they enter your apartment without permission. They say they work with you but they do not work with you. They've had cockroaches here and infestation which was so bad it ended up being for months and months. And if you're moving in right away make sure that they put things on right because they fall apart very easily and I had blinds fall down and break my TV and they didn't even care they just hurry up and get things ready but yet they can't fix the... heat in the building. And they were selling the building and they told me to be quiet about everything that was wrong which tells you one thing how dishonest they really are.

The best apartments
I loved it over here I never had any issues im moving back they are really good at working with you at anything and will fix anything in a day or two!!

Great!
I live at the other Desoto apartment building, but they are pretty the same. I really like living here. It is a secure apt building and nice and quiet.
Dakota Commercial is a really hands on company to work with. They are very friendly and they fix problems right away. They work with you and are more then generous to work with.
