Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at Gateway for 3 years, and it’s great! The units are large, updated, and the building is kept well. Not to mention that the building manager is so kind, professional and dependable with anything I need. It’s really a step up from surrounding apartment buildings. Highly recommend!

Mi casa was bad

I lived at Gateway and, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. The location and spacious units were great, but the building had very poor sound insulation—you could easily hear noise from neighboring units. The elevator was also frequently slow, and rent increases were significant. Overall, the noise and rising costs made it a disappointing experience.

Really bad management company, if you end up moving here don’t say I didn’t warn you. Don’t be fooled by any special they are running you will pay in the end.

Everything… so bad

Advertises the wrong units that are available without noting that anywhere. What an absolute waste of everyone’s time when it’s not even remotely like what is shown on the website.
The leasing agent or whatever she is, didn’t introduce herself and then just stood and stared into space while I looked around. She gave me absolutely zero information; I had to keep asking. This is not a professional establishment. Just ew.

Huge Apartments!!

These apartments truly make you feel like you’re living in a house. It is so cozy and all the finishes are so beautiful. I will definitely be staying here until it’s time to buy a home!!!
