Good price for the space
It's really nice to tour apartments that aren't the size of a shoe box and charge $$$$. The apartments are huge and have recently been remodled.

Hard pass.
The entry light was dead or off half the time. Big big safety hazard coming home at night. Trash dumpster were always full and trash litered outside the dumpsters. Lived there for 5 years, paid rent on time the entire time. bought a house and had to move out early. They couldn’t work out a deal. We basically paid 4 months of rent to them for free not living there anymore. Probably why so many vacant units still available.

With that said, we are sorry that you were not aware that... by signing a 12 month lease agreement you would be responsible for the full rent through the end of your lease term. As for the lights, Our entry lights are off during the day as they are on timers. Awesome place!
I've lived here for almost a year now and can't say anything bad! Management and maintenance both respond fast and are super friendly!

Great place.
Nice place. Quiet neghbors. Management is timely with everyrhing. Great park walking distance. Never had any problems. Highly recommend.

Well managed
In searching for an apartment for a family member. I came across this property. I called to make an appointment and was very impressed with the professional and pleasant leasing agent, Skylar. She was very helpful and offered so much information about the property, I decided to take a look.
The building and units are so well maintained, it shows that the management and the maintenance team care about the property. Well done!
