I never thought I’d live in an apartment again. It’s been 25 years. But I don’t really feel like we live in an apartment, I feel like we live in a community. The building is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Our property manager is so wonderful and very helpful. The maintenance crew does a good job and are pretty on top of things. My kids and I love playing in the game room and I enjoy entertaining guests up in the sky lounge.There are a plethora of options in walking distance that... makes living here very accessible and enjoyable. I highly recommend living here. It has been a wonderful experience for me and my boys. We have been here a year and just signed another year lease.

The Emery won’t disappoint!
The Emery’s onsite staff are kind, authentic, respectful & sincere. The community is clean, well maintained - the first week I lived here they were washing the garage floors. The handful of neighbors I have passed by say ‘hi’ & make eye contact. Seems to be a community for all ages. The location is fantastic, hop skip & jump from a bakery, auto parts store, banks, realtors, jeweler, a number of eating establishments & across from a convenience store/gas station. Plus a super greenhouse, auto... mechanic, post office, coffee shop (though we have a well stocked coffee bar of our own), park & the Vermillion River. There’s an ice arena blocks away if hockey is of interest to you. It’s been a little chilly to hit our roof top sitting area - but looking forward to it soon.Truth to tell, this is the nicest place I have lived in years! Hope to make it my forever home!

Wonderful Community
The building is awesome! It has all the amenities you are looking for! Walking distance to many Farmington staples. It really feels like a home!
