Poor poor and lazy management

Lack of Maintenance lack of lawn care lack of hallway cleaning piles of grass laying everywhere outside weeds a 6 ft tall they charge you $75 for a parking spot outside on top of your rent when you're supposed to get one free parking spot with your apartment only half of the units have been updated and the other halves haven't been in the ones that haven't been are the ones that they're charging you more on the razor rent for trash that you live in lack of management lazy

Appreciation

Jen and Keith are really good managers for the building. They are very helpful and resourceful in making sure they help or get the answers. I appreciate they're work ethics and knowledge of the property.
