Conveniently close to campus and the studio apartment is equipped with a dish washer and laminate hard wood floors. You really can't beat the price for the amenities you get. I just wish I could pick up my apartment and move it elsewhere. The neighborhood is trashy. There is literal trash everywhere. Also, be prepared to live with some drug dealers and roaches if you move into this building. You'll fight for a parking spot on weekends, and the back parking lot is a bit sketchy after dark. The neighborhood is awesome during the day, plenty of restaurants , bars and grocery stores. but we've been here for a little over ten years and overall the apartment is what you would expect for the area. you need to be aware and slightly caughtous along the one way and make sure to keep you door locked. but we've loved most of our neighbors very friendly and outgoing people. awesome swimming pool and many a night of community based bbq's with the neighbors. maintenance is pretty nice and on... par while the parking is ample and the halls are kept well. if you get these guys as your landlord they stay out of your hair and this building has built a wonderful community who will be sweet and friendl. hope to see you as a neighbor.
