Fixed! Staff person came to repair the locking mechanism on the living room window and replaced the weather stripping in the window. Previously the window lock did not work and also during severe winds the wind was forced against the window and entered in the living area.
Both items were repaired in a timely manner.

Screen for bedroom I never got a screen and I was contacted about it at all. Terrible experience and I still need a screen

A I had three small repairs. Deerfield's maintenance team took care of them with speed, professionalism, and courteousness. They even cleaned up a small bit of debris on my entry rug. THANK YOU!!

I love my Deerfield Townhome!?? I love living here. The office and maintenance staffs are the best, my unit is perfect for me, and I am just a short drive from almost every business I need to go to. Thank you for your hard work and care.
