Best property ever! The office staff work so incredibly hard from the first tour to the lease process to renewal and beyond. Kandice is the best property manager we have ever rented from! The entire complex is so quiet and safe and just peaceful yet so close to everything. It’s a perfect place to live.

we have lived here for over a year and struggled with many things. Most importantly, we have additionally costly charges on our account that were not described in our lease documents. In addition, we have waited for over 3 months to receive a new lease to sign-so I am not even sure we have a true lease at this point. Multiple attempts are reaching landlord have gone unreponsded to OR it takes weeks to hear replies that are vague and offer no solution to our issues. We have issues with water... leaking from our ceiling during rainstorms. An open maintenance request that has not been completed in at least 2 months, so do not count on maintenance helping you with issues. Lee mas

My boyfriend and I initially loved Deerfield. We were very excited about the amenities and the garage. We moved in around April, as summer came we realized the pool was not going to be cleaned and set up at all for the summer. We never got to swim in it once. Our garage circuit’s repeatedly shorted causing our garage door to not open. We ran into issue after issue and when attempting to contact the woman in the leasing office (Kayla) we would never hear back from the voicemails we left, and the... phone was never answered. At one point I stood outside the office and called, watching her not answer the phone. My boyfriend and I lost hot water for 5 days, they did next to nothing to help us and said it would be another two until the part came in to fix it. A part they could have bought at the store but wouldn’t because it was under warranty and they wanted to wait to get it free. So we have been about a week without hot water and when we inquired about having our rent reduced since water comes out of our rent we were told there was nothing they could do since it went out over the holidays. They definitely could have replaced the part or even the heater the day it broke as the stores were still open. They just chose to let us sit without hot water to save themselves a few dollars. I’m extremely unimpressed with the leasing office (Kayla) as well as the other maintenance in play. The place is WAY to expensive to not be prioritized as tenants. Lee mas
