How Is This Rating Determined?

I walked in the door and knew I was home!

I could go on about the 1000 sf, 10x12 deck, more closet space than you would ever expect, underground parking, cement walls between apartments which means I do not hear my neighbors but .....instead I want to focus how when I walk into my apartment everyday I walk into my "home". I looked at many apartments and they were nice, but they felt like a standard apartment. So for me it is all about feeling safe and that there are so many long term tenants, which makes it feel more like a... neighborhood. If there is such a thing as finding your "home" soulmate..I have found mine.
