Just ok

The location is good, and its relatively quiet, neighbors are nice, and that's it.

There are always water issues, whether its leaks coming from the ceilings, water constantly being shut off because they have to fix someone else's water issue, water coming in from the outside when it rains heavily, rust particles coming out of every faucet, laundry that doesn't always work, toilets backing up, tubs backing up, its just always something to do with water.

The overworked maintenance guy is great,… and does a great job, but its a real challenge getting management to deal with anything that they don't deem necessary, they'll just ignore you after a while. They like to just put band-aids on problems and let the issues get worse instead of just fixing requests immediately and correctly, costing them more money in the long run.

The amenities listed on this website are incorrect, there are no dishwashers in the units, and the air conditioning is so old that they shouldn't be listed as a amenity, they either don't work at all, or just blow hot air, the heating system is very bad, be prepared for that, and there is no in apartment control of the temperatures, even though they have a thermostat on the wall to control the heat, its actually does nothing.

Good Location

The only good thing about the apartment is the Location.
Most units are old and floor squeak when walking,Insufficient heating system,and new management doesn't seem very keen on Work order requests.

Great Place for the Price

Lived here for 2 years and enjoyed it. Perfect for a quiet place to live in an excellent location and the price is amazing. I toured all the apartments around this place and settled here since it was the cleanest (stay away from the 2 across the street!). The walls are thinner so you can hear the floors creak or slight noises, but I haven't lived in an apartment where you can't hear your neighbors. I would highly recommend if this place meets your needs.

Quiet

A quiet community. Cozy but functional apatments. Attentive staff. Laundry machines either dont work or double charge you frequently. Otherwise no real complaints.
