While living here about 2 years ago. Yes, that was awhile back, but still. I went roughly 1.5-2 months with no heat in the winter! They offered spaced heaters which I accepted but still awful to experience. Wreaked of weed constantly. Management was disrespectful and unprofessional. Parts of the bathroom weren’t even finished when we moved in. Rent was too high for the lack of quality given. I paid $500 excluding utilities just for subpar living! Only plus side was new appliances and a balcony.... The laundromat was dirty. Our given storage space wasn’t locked nor was it cleaned. Was threatened to be taken to court. Was also told there’s “no subleasing in Minnesota.” So they refused subleasers. 1 star is fitting because the only good thing was the appliances and nothing else. Read More

Recently moved into this apartment complex and so far not pleased. When we first moved in, the apartment was not cleaned. The bedroom AC unit, stove, and fridge have not been working properly. The dryers in the laundry room do not work at this time. The windows leak, and there is a gap between the AC unit and the wall- so it rains inside the bedroom. The apartment complex reaks of weed constantly, and the smell travels inside the apartment. The landlord will rip you off and get as much money out of you as they can. The laundry doesn't rinse your clothes all the way or dry it all the way and you have to pay for it. They charge you for cleaning even if you clean before you move out. If you move in ask to fill out a form stating what is wrong around the apartment. Not all garages have openers, half are manual.
