How Is This Rating Determined?

Just ok

Nice area, but they raise your rent $100 per month every year, like they are trying to compete with the pricing of new modern rentals, most of which also have facilities. You get none of that here. All the appliances and everything are old and dated. They don't even update things as simple as door handles and locks when people move out. I get in Biden's America; everything has gone up, but this place was built 25 years ago, and a lot of it still looks like it. The building has got to be paid off... by now. So they are just trying to increase profits every year while trying to spend nothing on it. When you move out, like most landlords, they will give you a ridiculous amount of time the cleaning person spent and keep your deposit.
