The unit also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. The inviting full bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries.
Pets are welcome during your stay for an additional fee. Free street parking is available in front of the building, and SP+ parking garages are accessible within a 7-minute walk. Early or late check-out is available upon request for a $20-25 hourly fee. Late checkouts incur a $100 fee for the first hour and a full day's charge thereafter.

With easy access to bike trails through Boom Island Park, the lighthouse, and the Stone Arch Bridge, you can also catch a Twins game or hop on the metro transit, Hennepin Ave., or I-35 to explore other areas. Nearby attractions include downtown Minneapolis, downtown Saint Paul, Xcel Energy Center, Galleria Mall, Mall of America, and Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, all within a short drive.
All adult guests need to pass a background check before arrival. A background check and government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Smoking on the property will result in a fine, and evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500.00 fine. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund. Check-in is flexible after 4pm, and check-out is at 10AM. Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property.
