Verified Renter
A few months ago, I would’ve said I loved living here and planned to renew my lease. But lately, I’m not so sure. With other nearby apartments offering similar quality, pricing, better amenities, and slightly more convenient locations, the decision is no longer obvious.
The removal of paper cups from the coffee stations is a small thing, but symbolic. It was framed as a green initiative, but it feels more like a cost-cutting move likely tied to the property sale. If sustainability were truly... the goal, improvements like better recycling, reducing plastic, or updating outdated systems would come first.
Many of us moved in when conveniences like the coffee cups were in place. Taking them away signals a shift in priorities. It’s not just about coffee (first world problem, I know), it’s about losing the thoughtful touches that made this place feel like home.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
