Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, with zero tolerance, and violations will result in police involvement.
