This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. Guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations.
