Expo

Great location, great apartments, great neighbors. One block from cobblestone Main Street, one block from a grocery store, and two blocks from Hennepin where there are tons of great restaurants, stores, and bars. This is the best spot in Minneapolis to be if you want to be near everything but have that riverfront peace and quiet.

The staff here are not only friendly, but have gone out of their way to make this home for me. I moved to Expo in a blitz after a house purchase fell through after a... flood. They helped me find a place that worked great and then even allowed me to transfer to a bigger unit when I needed more space to accommodate a new job. We loved the area we live in. Walking distance to so many neighborhoods: North Loop, Mill City, Dinkytown, Nordeast, downtown!

I have lived at Expo since the building opened and have highly enjoyed living here and the area has great walking trails and local eats are also great.

Beautiful building and well maintained. We greatly enjoy the gorgeous view of the river and downtown Minneapolis and love our spacious balcony.

Expo is a great building overall! Just wish it was more people oriented and family friendly in terms of management making it a priority to keep current tenants and not just focusing on bringing in new tenants. Many leave and decide to not renew their lease. Wished if only a fraction of that effort was put towards keep current tenants.
