We loved the area we live in. Walking distance to so many neighborhoods: North Loop, Mill City, Dinkytown, Nordeast, downtown!

I have lived at Expo since the building opened and have highly enjoyed living here and the area has great walking trails and local eats are also great.

Beautiful building and well maintained. We greatly enjoy the gorgeous view of the river and downtown Minneapolis and love our spacious balcony.

Expo is a great building overall! Just wish it was more people oriented and family friendly in terms of management making it a priority to keep current tenants and not just focusing on bringing in new tenants. Many leave and decide to not renew their lease. Wished if only a fraction of that effort was put towards keep current tenants.

Lot of bait and switch. Saying one thing on the tour then switching when you sign. Don’t allow you to use amenities of restrict them to the point that they are unusable.
