Toilet fix maintenance. Ive met Jason twice. Once for water emergency on a weekend and the other for general maintenance. He’s polite, moves fast, and is quick to communicate about progress and problems. He’s the best Ive seen in the nearly 20 years of living here. Keep this guy. He is money in the bank.

Nothing was done I’ve submitted two maintenance requests in the last month. Both were resolved through the portal with nothing having been done. Nothing has been fixed, nothing has been done. The problem remains.

Patient & Amenable After John showed me the beautiful / one of a kind unit he was extraordinarily kind and patient with me while answering all of my concerns about the building over the next few weeks. He was responsive and thorough over text and listened to my rambling voicemails. The tall ceilings and unique open lay out sells the apartment itself, but John secured a trusting relationship and educated me on everything I needed to know.

Poor management.

The new management, Redtail Residential, is pretty bad. Ignores maintenance requests. Don't recommend renting here.

Horrible new management.

New management that took over in fall 2022 is extremely careless and lazy. Doesn't respond to emails, takes over a month to deal with a maintenance request, doesn't clean the building... Avoid.
