Innovative properties

Compared to other studios in the area, this is a pretty good deal for rent. However management seems slow to respond to maintenance requests around the building...although there have been a few times where they come the next day to fix something. It's an old building and sometimes the heat is too much in the winter (radiators, no control on your own temperature) but it's better to be too hot than cold in the winter imo
