Marquette Place is an apartment community in Minneapolis, MN
I currently cannot recommend anyone live here. The views are nice, and the apartments are generously sized but that's where the positives end. Moved in on March 15th, and as of today, April 5th, we still don't have a working dishwasher. Our move-in experience was really terrible, our carpets are HEAVILY stained in one bedroom, missing electrical plates, screen door off of the track and blowing against the balcony rails... I could go on.

Dunno what everyone else is talking about.
I dunno what everyone on this site is talking about. I've lived here for 3 weeks and they still haven't given me my parking spot. I paid for it and I'm expected to pay my rent for reserved parking but the actual parking spot has yet to be given to me. Basically I ask for updates on any progress regarding the issue and I get laughed at by management. I'm guess it's mostly about my money and not returning goods for services. They tell me there working on it then I see them lounging in the pool... area ...that's cool I guess but I think I know what steps to take next. This isn't pleasant in my opinion.
The staff is friendly on the other hand not at all a reflection on them. They do a great job. The staff...that is.. not the management team.
P.s, please buy some light bulbs so the maintenance team can actually change them out.

A return tenant
I had lived in Marquette Place Apartments (MP) since June 2014 until November 2020 for a personal reason. I am getting ready to move back in on May 1, 2021 for not only all the nice things other folks shared about MP Apartments, I feel at home here at MP – the property management & staff are friendly, always ready to help. They make sure your needs are accommodated to your satisfaction and your stay will be comfortable. I am looking for a place for my retirement and I am quite convinced MP is... the place.

Fantastic downtown living
I've lived in nearly 10 apartments in the last 3 years due to my travel. This is my favorite by a long way. There are a ton of amenities and the staff are fantastic, most maintenance requests get fixed the same day. They also provide free yoga, zumba, tennis lessons for all residents. Facility is clean and well maintained. Apartments are spacious. They also provide free breakfast and wine on weekdays. Rooftop club room, indoor heated pool and spa just makes this that much better.

Great downtown living
Incredibly quiet for apartment living and we love having a washer/dryer in the apartment and a large balcony that accommodates a regular size gas grill! Convenient to highway, bus, light rail, and great restaurants. Very attentive management with quick response to requested maintenance. Has great amenities including business center and shuttle driver. Good mix of young and old in the building. Be prepared for quite a culturally diverse tenant population. The building is somewhat dated and... shows it's 30-year-old-age, but is kept up well with some partial remodeling. I'll take the quiet construction over fancy aesthetics any day!
