Don't live here!

Recently our power went out for the better part of two days. On the 2nd day, the back up generator blew - so there was NO power. No elevators. Nothing. Took them almost 10 hours to get a back up for the back up. This is typical for this building. They do not fix anything until a catastrophe happens. Then the management staff acts like you shouldn't be irritated. BTW-they have been thru about 7 property managers in less than 3 years. The grounds are not kept up, the parking lot is a mine... field of pot holes, the dog park becomes a lake when it rains, the pool is never opened on time, constant water leaks, belongings are stolen w/no response from management, the elevators are consistently not working, should I continue because I could...oh! don't plan on sleeping well because the windows rattle with the wind and the a/c units barely work. Any review that says management is great has to be them writing because they don't care. The owner doesn't care. Don't live here.

Worst building ever

I have lived here for a little over a year. In this time frame: no hot water several times, the elevators are down constantly, multiple water leaks, repairs never get done, my shower took three months to work properly, the building air doesn’t work, been out of electricity (due to a water leak) for two days, and my apartment is so hot-it never gets below 75.

Poorly ran, poorly managed, poor maintained. Do NOT recommend.

Love the views and the neighborhood

I love this place! The apts have walls of windows, views you can never get sick up and cozy neighborhood to walk around. We're within blocks of a grocery store, drug store, restaurants and a movie theater. The office folks are really nice too. There are plenty of amenities, i.e. driver during day hours, continental breakfast, pool, underground parking. I keep looking elsewhere for something cheaper and newer, but haven't found something awesome enough to make the move. So glad to have found... this apartment here! Good luck and have fun in your searching!
