    Nice leasing staff but awful apartments

    Don’t live here. Its been a week and I cannot wait to get out and now I’m stuck. Yes the leasing staff is helpful and very nice and building is super cute. However, I am constantly woken up by drunk people both in and outside the building. I was told it was young professionals and that there were strict quiet hours etc and that all seems to not be the case.
    I feel like an idiot for believing it and really wish I never moved here. I’ve lived in the heart of NYC and Hollywood and have never    … experienced this. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. As for the staff, they’ve all been so kind. This is not a review for them. They are beyond excellent. But the building is essentially a frat house.
