Firefighters Had to Break My Door Down
I lived at Boutique 28 (managed by RPM Living) and it was a nightmare. Firefighters had to break my front door when my girlfriend and our 3-year-old daughter were trapped inside — because management admitted they had no emergency maintenance staff. I’m an active-duty soldier who gave deployment orders under SCRA to end my lease, and instead of honoring the law they hit me with $4,047.09 in bogus fees and kept my deposit.
Unsafe building, unresponsive staff, and predatory treatment of military... families. Avoid this place.
