Great place to live

I’m very happy with Risor apartments and give it high ratings. True to its mission it is an active community with plenty of amenities and activities for anyone over 55. The in house management has been very helpful and help in ways to the feel of a close community.
I can’t say the same for the parent company of the apartments. Roers companies. Some of the amenities and safety issues of the building have taken months to address. As residents we felt we need to create a Tenants Association... to make our concerns heard.
Thus the reason for a less than 5 rating

Beautiful new home with great amenities and location

I moved into Risor in April. It's a vibrant, welcoming community and has a variety of excellent amenities. The apartments are beautiful, are well designed, and have plenty of light due to the floor to ceiling windows and excellent lighting. There is a full schedule of both staff and resident planned activities every month. I am thoroughly enjoying living at Risor. Moving to Risor was a very positive decision for me.

Beautiful New Home!

We love our new home at The Risor in SLP. The staff is just great, very warm, friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff keeps everything in pristine condition. We moved in November of 2023. There was a small issue with guest parking, which has been resolved. We enjoy the excellent common spaces...the sky lounge is perfect for gathering with new friends for Happy Hours; the Club Room is a great place for shooting pool, playing games and just hanging out. The sauna is a big plus! We... look forward to enjoying great times in the spacious courtyard this summer with the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court and grills. It's a wonderful place! We could not be happier.
