I love the convenient location and the friendly community atmosphere

The main issue I have is with the lack of security for the building. I pay almost 1500 a month and I cannot use the bathroom in the building if I can not make it to my apartment. This is a concern for me as an elderly tenant. The parking lot is never plowed properly or salted. There are ice spots all over it. They post hours 10 to 4 and lots of times they are not there during the hours they post.

Lounge and package access I'm really frustrated with the hours on the communal room downstairs and the limited ability to have packages delivered or access them.

Nice apartments The apartments are very nice; unfortunately, it wasn’t sold well to me. The leasing agent repeatedly stated that the apartment is situated in a bad neighborhood and that I was getting a good deal because of it. It was a weird vibe.
