Great new management

Appears we have new management, or at least a new manager because things have really turned around at Track29. Very encouraged by the new improvements. In terms of the apartments, they are very spacious and a great price. The area is fantastic as well.

Track 29 is a great place to live overall — it’s well-located, the staff is responsive, and the amenities are generally well-maintained. That said, several dog owners (myself included) are concerned about the broken water fountain in the dog park, especially during the summer heat. It’s important for keeping our pets safe and healthy. We understand that some decisions are out of the management team's hands, but we’d really appreciate if ownership could prioritize this as a safety issue. Even a... hose near the spigot would be a great interim solution. Thanks to the office staff for always listening and trying to help!

So far I have had a great time at track 29. I’ve enjoyed using all the amenities and the location is amazing! I do wish the bike storage was usable, however we’ve made do!

I love living at Track 29. I just signed my second 1 year lease because living here has been a positive experience. The office staff is present and on-site most of the week and they reply to emails quickly.

They also plan great community events that make it a really nice place to come home to. The residence are all friendly and respectful. I feel very safe and proud to live here.
