New management has really improved things!

Don't pay much attention to reviews made before about February of 2026, when the new manager came in. Things here were rough before that, but the new manager, Jackie, is really doing great things. I don't know how, but she got all of the rowdy and loud tenants to behave or move out. This is now an actual smoke-free building, while it stank of smoke (including marijuana) before she took over. The common spaces are clean, functional, and safe and it's overall a really nice place to live. It's a... nice, quiet, safe building now.

Maintenance I needed a light bulb replaced in the bathroom, which was out of reach for me. Tim came the same day that I requested the service. He is always pleasant and gets the job done right. Thanks so much!
