Highly Recommend

Park View Terrace is a nice safe place to live with many amenities. The Manager is very experienced and it has been a great pleasure knowing them. Some floors have tub rooms that can include a walk in tub with massage jets. The grounds are beautiful and park-like with gardens, a patio, nice shade trees. The property overlooks the Red River and Viking Ship Park that has bike trails. The property is pet friendly. Check for availability today!

Great place!

Park View is a great place to live. It is senior and handicapped housing that is income based. It's a peaceful location on the river with lots of wildlife including deer and, turkey and a variety of birds. Residents can enjoy the outdoors in the courtyard of in the screened in porch. The building and grounds are kept in pristine condition and apartments are maintained extremely well. Building was recently remodeled 2017.
The staff is very friendly and ALWAYS helpful. The manager is one of the... best property managers I have ever met in my 30 yrs of being a renter throughout the country. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
