Greenfield Estates

My family has gotten our car towed 3 times! Dont move here. Its a trap. Place is not updated. Bathrooms are gross. We are moving right away when our lease ends. Save your momey and spend a bit more for a better place.

This place is a TERRIBLE place to live. The landlord will NEVER answer her phone, nor will she call you back if you leave a message. The apartments are GROSS. the kitchen is FALLING APART. nothing is updated. when we were talking about moving in the lady said the carpets were brand new and when we moved in there were cigarette burns, stains and all sorts of nasty in the so called "BRAND NEW" carpets. in the bedroom there had been wallpaper and they painted over it so now our walls are peeling.… there are permanent stains in the bath tub and the sealing on everything was done so poorly. there is a crack in our ceiling which they wont fix. the tenants are noisy and RUDE. The lighting outside is very poor and there isn't enough parking space so people park in no parking zones. the hallways always smell of cigarettes or worse. people throw old TVs in the garbage area which are not cleared out so you cant get in the room. we will be leaving ASAP and never looking back. My apartment is really spacious the balcony has an amazing view. My home to my job is a short commute. I've been living in my apartments for over a year now.

We have lived here 7 years and are very unsatisfied with our apartment and management. We have reported several issues to the company and none of it was ever fixed or solved. We like the area we are in so we choose to stay here but management not following up on fixing things or telling us we have been here to long to have stuff fixed is getting overwhelming.
