Lakeview Terrace

Best place in the Roseville/Shoreview/Arden Hills area. It's a new building, with all the amenities my wife and I could ask for, including a spectacular lake view. Management is perfect. Some highlights are: smoke free, in apartment washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, softened water, large windows, and, again, apartments facing a lake (lots of green and wildlife, including ducks, geese, egrets, diving ducks, squirrels, muskrats, etc).

I moved in February of 2015 shortly after the building opened. I didn't come across many neighbors right away. Slowly it started filling in and I started meeting neighbors in the elevators and mail room. Everyone who lives here is nice, relatively friendly and most people are mid 30's and older I would say. I have a neighbor with very noisy kids and the office has been very good about making this place a quiet and nice place to live. Beautiful apartment just 1 year old. Open kitchen with granite counter tops and eating area. Windows overlook the lake where ducks, loons, and geese are prevalent. Extra deck room with door opening from side. Washer and dryer in apartment. The only drawback is the appliances are bottom line.

Lakeview Terrace is a beautiful establishment. The grounds are well kept and very clean. Several units overlook a beautiful lake. You find resourceful and friendly staff. Always helpful! Also, walking distance 1/2 block from Island Lake Park.
